    Why can I send mail, but can't receive mail?
    If you can send email, but are unable to receive any email sent to you:

    Make sure that you have first created that email address in Qmailadmin. For example: If your username is test%yourdomain.com, the ONLY email you will receive at that account (unless you have test@yourdomain.com set as your "catch-all" email address) is test@yourdomain.com.

    That is, if you want to receive email at test2@yourdomain.com, you will need to setup that email address in Qmailadmin (located under Members' Tools on our main page).

    Your email will not work correctly until DNS/Nameservers have been updated to point to your new hosting account. This generally takes 24 - 72 hours AFTER you've actually updated this information with the registrar or a new domain name has been registered.
