Why can't I login to QmailAdmin?
|
Make sure you are logging in using:
postmaster (the most common error is to replace "postmaster" with your userID - you MUST leave "postmaster" in there)
domain name (make sure you enter your domain name in the following format: affordablehost.com - no www. or http)
password (passwords are case-sensitive, make sure you are typing it exactly as specified in your Welcome email)
