We setup all accounts within 12 hours of receiving payment. Once your account is setup, you will need to upload your website files to your new account.
If you already have your own domain name, you will then need to update your domain name's DNS/nameservers with the company that you registered your domain name with (we have instructions for this). Once DNS/nameservers have been updated - your domain name will begin to point to your new hosting account within 24 - 72 hours. If we are registering your domain name, it will become "live" generally within 24 - 72 hours.
If you are transferring from another hosting company, it is recommended that you NOT cancel your old hosting account for aproximately 5 days after you update DNS/nameservers. This is to minimize the risk of any downtime associated with the transfer.
